All items are custom made with double-walled, stainless steel tumblers
Although epoxy is durable, it can break if dropped on a hard surface. I do include these instructions with every tumbler purchase as well. Please review them, to ensure you are handling your new tumbler with the proper care:

• Do not soak. Long exposure to water can break the epoxy seal and ruin your design.
• All items are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Although I use high quality epoxy with 500* heat resistance and UV protection, long term exposure to UV rays can damage/fade your cup design. This can also cause yellowing of the epoxy, prematurely.
• Avoid excessive exposure to heat.
• Avoid dropping or rough handling of products. This can break the epoxy and ruin your tumbler.
